AED Registration

PAD Form  The ETSD has been mandated by the State of Illinois to keep a list of all AED's or PAD's in Sangamon County. The Sangamon County Emergency Telephone System Department needs for you to inform 9-1-1 of the location of your Public Access Defibrillator (PAD). It enables the Sangamon County 9-1-1 Center to have some helpful information on where your PAD may be so that we can notify those at the scene where one can find it prior to the arrival of medical or police personnel.

Often there are people at the scene who can help that person but have no clue as to where the PAD might be. Seconds can make a difference. Please help us by passing along this valuable information to any facility that might have a PAD.
