Description of Committee: 

The Building & Grounds Committee oversees the budgets of the Recorder, the Building & Grounds Department, Information Systems, Central Services and Human Resources.

Through the Building & Grounds Department, the committee has oversight of the repairs and maintenance for the County Complex, the telecommunication and computer network through the Information Systems Department, mail services and printing in the Central Services Department and benefits and payroll administration in the Human Resource Department.

Meeting Dates: 

The committee meets on the 4th Monday of the month at 5:00 pm in the County Board office, Room 201. They sign requisitions only on the second Monday of the month. The meeting schedule is also posted in the central hall on the first floor of the County Building.
