Sangamon County Board Vacancy in County Board District 10.

The Sangamon County Board Office has begun accepting applications to fill the vacancy in County Board District 10. The application period will close at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, October 29th. The vacancy will be filled by appointment at the November 9th County Board meeting.

Applicants should submit a resume and cover letter to the Sangamon County Board Office, which is located in the Sangamon County Complex, 200 South Ninth Street, Room 201, Springfield, Illinois. Applicants must be from the same political party as the previous officeholder, which for District 10 is the Republican Party.
